1. Product Quality
Each item undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch. We strive to ensure that every product meets our quality standards prior to shipment.
2. Limited Warranty
Unless expressly stated on a product page, Rare Routine does not provide an extended product warranty. If you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect at the time of delivery, please contact us in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Product Disclaimer
Product photographs are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, finish or appearance may occur because of lighting, photography or individual screen settings and do not by themselves constitute a defect.
4. Exclusions
The following are not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, exposure to water or chemicals, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or damage resulting from failure to follow the Jewellery Care Guide.
5. Limitation
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights available to consumers under applicable law. Where a genuine manufacturing defect is verified, Rare Routine will determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with its published policies and legal obligations.
