Rare Routine is committed to providing a secure shopping experience while protecting customers and the business from order misuse and fraud. This policy explains the conditions governing Cash on Delivery (if offered), order cancellations and related procedures.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be offered only for selected locations, order values or promotional campaigns. Rare Routine reserves the right to enable, disable or refuse COD for any order without prior notice.
Orders placed using COD may undergo verification by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or OTP before dispatch. Failure to complete verification within the requested time may result in cancellation of the order.
2. Refusal of COD Orders
Customers are requested to place COD orders only with the genuine intention of accepting delivery. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders, providing incorrect delivery details or misuse of the COD facility may result in restriction of future COD eligibility or refusal of future orders after internal review.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before they are packed or dispatched. Once an order has entered processing or has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Rare Routine reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where payment has already been received, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Changes to Orders
Requests to modify the shipping address, contact number or product after an order is placed will be accommodated only if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. Once dispatch is completed, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
