All orders are carefully verified, quality checked and packed before dispatch. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. During launches, festive periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Rare Routine may conduct verification checks before dispatch where necessary for fraud prevention.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Coverage
Rare Routine currently ships across India. International shipping is not presently available. Separate terms will apply if international shipping is introduced.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. Complimentary shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
